Friendly staff, able to store luggage after checkout, nice selection of free snacks, drinks and wine, interesting and beautiful historical decor and artwork.

There is a €5 cleaning fee per person per night that was not mentioned before booking, that would have been nice to know in advance

A pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent, right in the historic center, making it very convenient for a short visit. Bologna was extremely hot during our stay, and we appreciated that the apartment manager kindly provided a fan for the room. Reminder about a city tax and a cleaning fee per person per night.

The only drawback was that wifi connection worked reliably only in the breakfast room. The TV in the room was not working. Breakfast was very modest, consisting of a few sweet buns and yogurts, milk and cereal. Unfortunately, the coffee capsules and toast bread ran out.

Pulizia un po’ scarsa e colazione decisamente male, pochi prodotti feschi, solo cose confezionate e poche. Davvero bassa qualità, poca igiene. Aria condizionata in camera scarsa

L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, proprio nel centro di Bologna, ma l'edificio non ha l'aria condizionata, solo uno scaldabagno che non raffredda e un ventilatore per l'insopportabile caldo estivo. Lo trovo assurdo.

Non c'è la doccia; il bagno necessita di essere meglio attrezzato. Non c'è l'aria condizionata. L'appartamento è sorvegliato da un sistema di telecamere molto efficiente e il proprietario trascorre gran parte della giornata in casa.

The place is great! There is a really nice shared area where you can just sit ane chill and they will serve you some items to have for breakfast. The host was super kind and professional. The location is the best you can have in Bologna.

Me gustó que fue bien atento el personal, limpio y todo a la disponibilidad 24/7 incluido con la estadía.

No había aire, o al menos un ventilador para el cuarto que hacía calor. Tampoco que no había jabón de bañarse.
