L'emplacement, le cadre

Le petit déjeuner pas de café pendant tout le séjour des gâteaux emballés style goûter pour enfants. Rien de frais, aucun choix aucun goût. J'avais pris cet hôtel avec petit déjeuner pour économiser résultat nous sommes allés déjeuner dehors les 2 jours et ce séjour a été le plus cher de nos vacances La promesse d'une bouteille de vin. C'était du vin dans une carafe mais on ne savait pas depuis quand. Je n'ai pas osé goûter. les taxes cachées 5 euros par personne par jour pour un ménage inexistant dans la chambre, Personne pour nous accueillir à l'arrivée. Finalement quand on a reussi a trouver la bonne sonnette La chambre n'était pas prête. Une chambre minuscule très mal aménagée. Pas de rangement. Rien pour accrocher les serviettes. Aucun espace pour les valises. Une pure catastrophe. Prix d'un hôtel pour une prestation de logement étudiant. A éviter absolument.

Praticamente in piazza Maggiore. Posizionato al primo piano con ascensore. Portone e porte interne delle stanze con apertura elettrica e codici personali. Area comune con tutto il necessario per fare colazione.

Palazzo antico. Camera polverosa, compreso anche il condizionatore con all'interno almeno 3cm di polvere, infatti non è stato possibile utilizzarlo ma almeno c'era un piccolo ventilatore. Aver pagato 7€ a testa per ogni notte per la pulizia mi sembra molto esagerato. Materassi molto scomodi, ci si sprofondava dentro ed erano presenti ancora i piumoni invernali nonostante il caldo e l'umidità del periodo. Doccia del bagno in camera un po' raffazzonata, il soffione particolarmente incrostato di ruggine. La vera nota dolente è il check in che è stato alquanto arduo, a causa di informazioni non complete e difficoltà nel contattare lo staff tramite i numeri forniti.

Posizione strategica

Eviterei la colazione …. Praticamente inesistente… non erano presenti le capsule del caffè… colazione pagata nel soggiorno… ma alla fine sono dovuto andare a fare colazione al bar. Quindi per la colazione il voto è 1 Per il resto buona compromesso per Bologna

As said, only thing tthis has going for it is the location, which is very central right at the Piazza Maggiore.

Would not consider this a breakfast - if you want an accomodation with a proper breakfast, don't choose this one, as there are just conrflakes, milk, joghurt and plastic-wrapped cakes. Also there was a coffe machine, but no coffee tabs. Other than that, the whole accomodation and the room were very creepy - did not feel safe at all. There was also no possibility to lock the room door and there was a strange staircase behind a curtain in my room leading to god knows where. Also, there have been issues with opening the door to the main door of the whole apartment - luckily it happened throughout the day, so someone could fix it. But I wouldn't want to imagine what would have happened if e.g. it would have been at night.

Зайьи в номер была большая проблема. Дополнитедьная оплаьа налога и уборки. Завтрак просто смешон

You truly cannot get more central than this—the location is unbeatable! The property is beautifully maintained and they even treated us to a complimentary glass of wine in the evening. Breakfast was included in the room rate; while it was on the basic side, it was definitely worth it. Plenty of restaurants nearby, many options to choose from. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

The check-in and check-out times here are quite unreasonable. Check-in isn't until 3:00 PM (an hour later than most hotels or B&Bs), and check-out is at 10:30 AM, which feels very rushed. To be fair, they do allow you to drop off your luggage early and return later. However, be aware that there is an extra charge if you check in after 8:00 PM—a policy that isn't clearly stated in the terms and conditions when booking.
