Villa Santa Julia

Manuel and the rest of the staff were amazing. The service from free coffee, freshly baked bread and 24:7 staff to help you with anything you need was amazing. Big shout out again to Manuel for all he did!

I have no complaints just that the location was not where I thought it was so we only stayed one day. We did not state three we tried to get reimbursed but booking would not release the rooms. The staff wanted to help us out, but it was very difficult because nobody from booking would answer us so I stayed one day in new rooms, comfortable and adorable staff. I realized for the high period it would be expensive, but it was very expensive because of booking.

The property is clean. The people are nice. I just think that it’s a little bit not in the center of Oaxaca and I was looking for something in the center.

La zona de la alberca estaba en mantenimiento pero seguro pronto estará ok

Está situada en una zona muy transitada, pero apesar de eso el ruido no interfiere con el descanso y la atención por parte del chico que estaba en recepción fue excelente.

El agua salió un poco turbia al principio, el seguro de la puerta no servía y no estaban enterados del check out later por parte de la aplicación lo que hizo que cambiará mis tiempos de salida de la habitación

Very helpful and friendly staff. Amazing cleaning service! Quiet pool for guest use (which was gentle salt water so not chloriney - nice bonus).

The fridge didn’t work the whole time but the staff addressed the problem immediately.

Staff were great. Spaces are clean. Pool was refreshing.

Room could use some personality and colour to provide some warmth. Lighting was a bit intense. Pool was great, but could be warmer and a new plastic cover that's not disintegrating would be great improvements.

Our stay was wonderful with very friendly and helpful staff. This was a first class stay.
