"Short stay"

Location is good. Restaurants within very short walk or drive. Room was comfortable.

We booked a 2 room villa and I ended up 4 doors away due to an issue with the adjacent room. We were traveling with our kids luckily they are older but nonetheless an inconvenience and was not offered any sort of compensation for the issue

En una buena ubicacion, aunque alejado del centro, la avenida sobre la que esta es muy caminable. Las habitaciones estuvieron increibles, los colchones son muy comodos

As I attended to enjoy the Guelaguetza Festival, the parade just started at the front of the hotel. Making it a very convenient way of getting an excellent view of the event. Walking easily to Oaxaca’s beautiful neighborhoods & downtown. The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful with wonderful tips, tour organization & safety professionalism. Very appreciated nice customer service provided. Thank you 🙏
