The location is ok. A little scary at night. They close the door at 24:00 and no one can get in.

The place is tarring appart. The sofas all rip. The room with smell of mold and cigarettes (awkward for a non smoking place). There was a cigarette on the porch. The sink of the bathroom all leaking water. The hot water is more than a warm to cold one. the air conditioner didn't even tried to work. They put some ventilators all over the place to give a nice feel of mold freshnes wind. Really in a bad shape.
