The room was amazing the view was awesome also! Kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

There was nothing that we didn’t like!

Pool and balcony were good. Security was friendly.

The ONLY thing good about unit 302 is the balcony. Everything else is terrible. The washer was broken when we got there. Took 2 days to come fix and was still off balance with every load no matter the size. The dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry a load no matter the size. Dryer was very rusty on top. The queen bedroom ceiling fan light chain was broken and light switch would not turn it on or off. Had to take bulb out to get it to go off. Had to use only the lamp the entire time. The skillets had all the coating scratched off. Unsafe to use them. Only 2 small pots to cook in and for a unit that accommodates up to 8 people (we had six) that was not possible to cook meals for family size in those. We had to buy a skillet and larger pot to cook for the week. Their was no potholders or dish cloths. Only one dish towel. Not enough forks/spoons to use at a time. A lot of the coffee mugs had chipped edges. The mattresses in all rooms were so firm we had to go buy toppers to tolerate for the week. The door knob got locked to queen bedroom. We notified property manager for help and no one came. The txt we received said for us to try a butter knife!! We finally found a paint can opener that we some how managed to make work to open it. The dining room chair back was broken and you're unable to lean back in it. Everything is very outdated in this unit. The worst experience in a condo that I've ever had.

Our room kept falling apart. First night door handle fell off and maintenance never came to repair after several calls. Ac went out. Washer didn’t work. Curtains falling off.

We loved the location and the room. It could use updating but it worked for us and the balcony was amazing! The view, also amazing!

This was the most deplorable rental we have ever had. The room was disgusting. Holes and stains in the carpet throughout the condo. The washing machine had rust all over, inside and out. The linens were stained and pulled. The sofa and chairs had large stains all over them. The air intake vent in the kitchen was caked with dirt. The walls needed paint. The front door had large spots of rust all over it. Tables had large section of laminate missing. I have no idea why any rental agency would include this condo in their portfolio. Needs to be gutted. The pictures on the listing must have been taken 20 years ago and do not give an accurate depiction of this unit.

We loved the easy beach access and the outdoor pool. Check in process was wonderful, everything was done online and there was no desk interaction, customer service response was great. Kitchen was fully functional.

This unit needs a thorough inspection and upgrade. Furniture was stained and felt unclean, carpet felt old and dirty. Electrical outlets in one of the bedrooms only partially worked, no overhead light in that bedroom. The door to the room was open when we arrived because the hinge was broken, there was a broken picture hanging on the wall and glass shards were on the floor.
