"Worst place we have stayed at in 50 years of going toGulf Shores."

Location was good. Condo so no breakfast provided

The door lock stoped working. Could not get in room. Guard call property manager and he said he would get guard to open door this time and not charge us 50$. Lock would not work and maintained could not fix it. Tech came next day and could not fix it. Had to leave door unlocked when we left so we could get back in. Tv in LR and master bed stopped working. Used one in guest bedroom. One elevator or the other were down most of the days we were there. Both down part of one day.

Outdoor grilling was extra nice. Love the beach.

Construction noise, mold on master bath liner, pool not heated. Plumbing in master bath needs work. Not all the water is diverted to shower. Also needs a better shower head. Had one child that saw the games but they were locked up. Should not have been visible to entice. Had to buy a 3rd parking ticket when there were numerous spots available.

"Would have been excellent except for the fact the construction was not mentioned until after booking"

The stay here was great. The problem was we were not told of construction until after we booked and could not cancel. That is not right. Because of construction and not being able to use the balcony there should have been a discount on the rental because a past of the beauty of a balcony is being able to use it. We were not told of this until after booking and not being able to cancel once booked. This should have been one of the first things mentioned. Other than that we enjoyed the stay very much.
