"The roach Motel"

The people in the front office were cool to deal with. the horrible part of my experience was it was Infested with roaches. Payed for a week only stayed three day the Office could not refund my money because of that was Company policy.

Shawna was GREAT and her customer service was incredible.. the unit was clean and nicely staged for comfort.. I wish the towel policy was different but I would definitely stay again even without the towels.

"Could have been better."

Shawna was super nice.

The room however, was not too clean. The mattress was thin and squeaked. The toilet was not clean upon check in.
