"A painful necessity"

Proximity to most stores

No cleaning service. Staff not customer friendly Customer has to pay bcuz front desk not open on Sunday. A lot of homeless traffic on property

DO NOT STAY HERE! Read yelp and google reviews. They cater to the local degenerate commuity of drugs and prostitution. Seen many reviews of reservations disappearing just like ours did. They had one single bed room available with a fold out bed cause it was my wife, I, and our two daughters. Was still gonna charge us for extra towels because a sigle room only gets two. We left 5 days early they wouldn't give us a refund. The manager said "no refunds" and didnt even inquire why we were leaving. The manager is deserving of words i wont type and the corporate customer service email i got in return after a 6 paragraph complaint was basically "meh, whatever" The whole chain deserves to be put out of business! I normally dont do reviews but i couldn't wait to do this one!

"Happy go lucky"

It was during the winter storm in texas. The desk guy was wonderful. Besides no hot water due to storm it was nice
