Fantastic stay! The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Great facilities and excellent service throughout—highly recommend and would definitely return. The lounge was outstanding value for money definitely worth the money.

Breakfast buffet was simply amazing, large selection of local foods and fresh baked goods was excellent! The manager was very accommodating to a changing the room after we checked in. Food by the pool was also excellent. The spa was definitely a plus!

location was in between danang and hoi an travel was cheap by grab cars but nothing around the area.

I had afternoon tea at Shilla Monogram. The atmosphere was wonderful, and the staff(her name is Thao) were very kind.

My husband and I had a wonderful three night stay at the Shilla Monogram Hotel. The service, accommodation, and food were all exceptional. A special thank you to An at reception for her outstanding attention to detail. A remembered our names and showed genuine care when my husband had a minor accident, even following up later to check on him. The poolside restaurant was also superb, we ate there two nights of the three and could not fault the food. . We booked a cabana at the pool which made the experience even more enjoyable. The cocktails food and friendly service was also a plus. Thong and Tai, along with the concierge staff, were attentive and friendly throughout, nothing was a problem. We also booked the hotel car for a day trip to Ba Na Hills, which was comfortable, safe, and very well organised. We Highly recommend this resort & we would definitely return.

I would firstly love to call out Thinh, our amazing driver from the hotel, and Duc, the legendary pool bar tender, who were part of our journey at the hotel and made the stay all the more better! The hotel itself, was as popular as it was comfortable. The room, the grounds, the pools, private beach, spa, simply sensational! The breakfast was beyond the fabric of dreams! So many different cuisines, all exceptional, and all joyful! I cannot recommend this property and the two employees mentioned above enough! It’s an annual destination now. It’s been perfect 🤩

5 star hotel on the beach with great facilities for both couples and families. The hotel has an excellent breakfast and fantastic rooms-really enjoyed the views from the deck of the ocean. Always easy to get a lounger at the pool and an easy grab ride into Da Nang if you like.

I want to make a special mention of our driver today Mr Nho. We hired a car to take us to Ba Na hills. He was so friendly and helpful. Helped us get our tickets sorted and looked after us very well. He even had cold water waiting for us after we returned from walking on a 30 degree day !!! I highly recommend Mr Nho for any trips you may be taking.

The room was great with verandah and view. Hotel's facilities are nice overall, clean gym and very good spa/sauna. Great pool. Staff are friendly and professional. Great breakfast with wide selection. The restaurant was alos good for dinner.
