"An Exceptional Stay at Shilla Monogram"

We recently stayed at this resort in Vietnam, and it was truly one of the most exceptional experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding—warm, genuine, and consistently attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Every member of staff was approachable, kind, and incredibly efficient. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything was handled seamlessly. The facilities were immaculate and beautifully maintained. The attention to cleanliness and detail was evident everywhere—from the rooms to the shared spaces. The wellness area was a real highlight, with a stunning sauna, hot and cold jacuzzis, and a gorgeous pool that made it easy to completely unwind. What made the experience even more special was the complimentary spa voucher we received. The spa itself was exceptional, and the massages were among the best we’ve ever had—professional, relaxing, and delivered in a truly serene environment. I like to mention Trang, Nga and Nhung❤️ There was a strong sense of fairness and generosity throughout our stay, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Every aspect—from service to facilities—was thoughtfully curated to create a relaxing and luxurious experience. This resort sets a very high standard, and we would return without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly memorable and rejuvenating stay.

Very friendly customer services and accommodating to guests with young children. Highly recommend if you plan to visit Da Nang. Tram was our reception lady that welcomed us with very bright smiles and professionalism.
