The staff was amazing and accommodating!

We stayed at this property for one night last year and it was fine. We knew the rooms were small and there is not storage to speak of, but we liked the price and location. This visit has not been as good as last year. Pros: Employees were all friendly. Bed is comfortable. Cons: The app allows you to choose a room before arriving. We arrived after 3:00 and the room we chose wasn’t ready. We wanted top floor away from the main road, but she said no rooms on top floor were ready. There aren’t many people here, and I chose the room 24 hours earlier, so I don’t understand why it wasn’t ready. We were given a room facing main road—lots of noise during busy times of day. The room was 80 degrees when we walked in. The A/C unit is terrible! It eventually cools down but we had to keep turning on the fan and switching it to Cool every 30 minutes. It would not hold a temperature. It continued to climb back up. All night long. All day long. There was no hot water for a shower. Warm at best. Water pressure is low. Hard to rinse shampoo out of hair. Breakfast: this isn’t a big deal for me bc I don’t eat much in the morning, but it’s not good. Eggs were ok, but other warm items were flavorless. If you want muffin, bagel or banana, you’re all set. Coffee is mostly water. I’m not a picky coffee drinker but I couldn’t drink their coffee. As I’m typing this review, someone was attempting to enter our room. Turns out a couple was assigned our room even though we don’t check out until tomorrow. We visit this area about twice a year, but we will be looking for another property from now on.

My reservation was made through Book.com originally, but when I called to verify my reservation I spoke with Monica and she was unable to locate the reservation. Monica just couldn't find the reservation so I had to make another reservation well that was a mistake on Monica because I WAS CHARGED FOR ORIGINAL RESERVATION MONICA COULDN'T FIND AND THE ONE MONICA MADE. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Beds are terrible. No hot water. Breakfast staff couldn’t keep coffee out, waited 30 minutes for her to bring a fresh pot.
