Easy to find

The room was nice but the location seem to be a bit noisy, located in the second floor right next to the exit. It seem like it was a lot of coming and going and hard to fall asleep at first.

The staff at this location were incredible. I loved my interactions with every member of this staff, and they were so helpful! The breakfast was great, the accommodations were perfect, and I didn’t have a single issue for my entire stay.

Overall I have had a very nice stay at Tru in Frisco TX. The room was as expected, very clean no smells. The people overall were very friendly especially the front desk. Had a run in with the head of housekeeping she did not smile and looked at me as if I owed her money. That was the only flaw on this trip, very pleasant stay. I stayed on the 5th floor overlooking the busy highway. It's a good thing I got the high floor because you can definitely hear traffic noise even at this height. I wouldn't have appreciated the noise on any lower floor that I would have gotten. Luckily the check in week I was able to choose my room. They originally had me on the first floor which I wouldn't have liked. For once, they gave me enough towels for my entire stay which was three nights. I needed nothing during my stay. Just as a personal preference but I would have liked a microwave in the room. Also I do not prefer my clothing being Exp exposed due to a lack of a closet. They have open shelving and a table top above the bar that you would hang your clothes from. Again it's just personal preference. The TV was of high quality and was appreciated. Also very much appreciated was the channel selection a lot of channels to choose from which is kind of a rare for a hotel. It was a full channel lineup again was much appreciated. There was very little to no noise from the adjacent rooms. The beds were comfortable, I slept well. They had the perfect amount of pillows available, and I was able to find the combination that worked with me. The breakfast was typical for free breakfast buffet, everything was good and adequate but nothing special. Would have appreciated a yogurt and more fresh fruit options. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.
