Everything was good

We enjoyed our stay! Though the room was small, it was clean and quiet. Many toiletries were available, as well as extras like pajamas to borrow. Yokohama train station is very close and has many food and shopping options.

Very convenient area .the only thing is no safety box ,other than that very good! I will come back again.

I got a room on the 14th floor - very nice, clean, with options to have my towels changed, or everything changed, or nothing changed over the 2 days I stayed there. I did not mark "quiet" for the property in case there are people who would be very annoyed by the sound of the trains immediately next to the hotel - but I must say it was softer than an AC in many American hotel rooms I have stayed in. I had no trouble sleeping. The staff was very helpful - held my luggage for me when I went shopping. It is 4 minutes by walk from the Yokohama train station - which I used extensively (to get to the hotel from Haneda, and back, to get to Kawasaki and back ... Lots of food options nearby! I would definitely stay there again.
