"Uncomfortable and barely adequate."

Breakfast was just adequate. Location was convenient.

Temperature in room too cold and fan continued to run when it was turned off. The ammendities were stark and uninviting. The light was poor. Not a facility I would stay at for more than a day or two.

Everything was good except when we first checked in the tv did not work and our room was pretty warm. A/c issue but we got switched to another rooms and everything was good

"Very Dissapointed "

I checked in last night and everything went from ok to very bad. Ive never experienced a front desk clerk treating a guest that way ever. On top of that there was another guest near my room play music loud from 4:30am to the time i checked out this morning at 8am. I got no rest . I called the front desk about 4 times and a gentleman said he would take care of it. ZzTHAT NEVER HAPPENED. I called several times there after and NO ANSWER. Traveling today exhausted and unsatisfied. The room did not smell great. Two pillows smell like it was never changed. The refrigerator had hair and food in it and yes i got pics. WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN.

My only complaint is that I couldn’t use the app to check-in or checkout even though I wanted to. Both times I had to go to the front desk.

This property was very clean and had a spacious bathroom. We only stayed here one night. The drive to kings dominion was short. Workers were very friendly.
