location and ok comfort

That the TV was limited and the concierge knew about it but did not tell us or ask us if it was of when we checked in. The thermostat was not working and the ac was not cooling like it should. The room was not a true handicap accessible room as I was told when I checked in. The breakfast was disappointing and lack luster.

Greeted very politely when we arrived. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Very quick overnight stay. Would certainly stay here again if we are in the area.

Coffee was excellent, bed was comfortable and generally clean and well-kept, otherwise not a pleasant stay. Not adequately staffed to say the least. Lots of issues: TV didn’t work at all, changed rooms and subsequent had picture but sound issues. Water pressure really bad in shower and linens/towels inadequate for two. Did not find this place “exceptional” as advertised and barely good. Stark furnishings were weird . Will not be looking for this chain in future. ,

The property is clean and very close to the I-95. Staff was very friendly. Although it’s a pet-friendly hotel, it’s a $75 pet fee which is very excessive for a one night stay. In addition, Expedia’s email stated it was a $50 fee but I still got charged $75.
