It was close to where we needed to be

The staff was never there. My door entries battery went dead and they wanted to move me then said no we can change it because we have no more rooms. Said they would give some money back but never did. Also, the fire alarm went off because of the elevators. And the elevators were super slow!

Rooms were good size and clean. Bathrooms updated and nice. Rec area for kids with pool table and games for family.

Elevator motor caught fire when we got there and had to evacuate. So concerned about elevator maintenance. There were 2 elevators. But we used steps mostly after that just to be safe. TV did not work.or we couldn't get it to come on. But was not an issue for us really and didnt have time to call or get another room.

It was away from traffic.

Nothing wrong with the property . Turns out they had a school band staying there so on Sunday morning there wasn’t anything really left for breakfast.
