Oaklands Hotel By Greene King Inns

Staff are nice and the room was okay. Sadly, my experience the hotel was full of workmen who lock themselves out drunk in the middle of the night, shouting and talking to their mates like they’re on holiday. Awful breakfast deep-fried mushrooms and an obliterated microwave scrambled egg. Won’t be going back there again.

Staff good and amenable. Good facilities although perhaps a touch tired. Ran out of cask ales on Saturday afternoon.

went to the oaklands today for a pint after work and I've got to say it was one of the cheapest and best pints of Guinness I've ever had and ging was ever so polite and very cheerful and ever so helpful he's got to be one of the best barman in chester and he should get a pay rise cause he's that good and he pulls the best pint ever

I met friends here today for a catch up and had the curry deal then the lady (wendy)told me about the wine deal on a Wednesday a bottle for just £7.99 so we shared a bottle what a great place we will definitely be back soon without the car next time .

Prices are really reasonable and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Menu is great lots to choose from, it was nice to see the staff so helpful very polite and one of the girls, Elaine thinks that's her name was the best she had us all laughing from the start

I met with friends for a meal. There were 6 of us and we all had different meals. Elaine was very attentive without going overboard. She was very pleasant and polite and answered our queries about the menu. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I would highly recommend The Oaklands Hotel

Myself and friends last went the end of January. We are due to go the end of February, the food is always excellent the staff are friendly and helpful especially Elaine Crank she always makes sure that we have got what we need. She is very friendly and if we do need anything she goes out of her way to help us. I always mention to people I know to go and have a meal there.

All he staff at the Oaklands always go the extra mile to ensure everybody has a good time at the pub. Special mention though has to go to Meg and Elaine who always have a smile on their faces and are first class in all they do, a credit to Green king.

I had excellent customer service experience from Louise mazie and Naycha as they went the extra mile to make sure the hospitality was excellent i will definitely be back again for more wonderful food and cocktails which Elaine jay gratefully made

This pub and hotel is amazing! Great food, all the staff are so kind and friendly. The rooms are lovely and tidy and if we needed anything then the staff were there to help right away. Will definitely be returning to this hotel. There is also lots to do round Chester so it’s very efficient with walking distances and free parking.
