Margaritaville Vacation Club - Nashville

Location was good

To expensive for what u get. Not enough space. Lastly broken items in the room.

We were not told that daily room cleaning was not included which was quite surprising. This left a bad impression on us.

Breakfast was fine.

I did call back to the location after I had left. I forgot my sunglasses and asked if they could mail them to me. They found them, but it is right at $50.00 to mail them to me. Also, I would think they would service the rooms daily. Mine was never serviced during my stay.

I was so pleasantly surprised about how modern and clean the hotel was. All of the staff we met were so kind and helpful. Nothing was a problem.

Nothing really. The only negative from our side as Irish people was the room had no kettle so we couldn’t make tea. It did provide a coffee maker. However there’s a Starbucks on the ground floor and the girls there kindly gave us hot water as we had our own teabags.

I reserved a regular room and received a handicap room. The issue was the shower water was all over the floor. Had to use some of the towels on the floor. Thought would receive room service but no room service was received during my stay.

Property was in a great location. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful

The parking was very expensive

Very nice, close walk to broadway, nice restaurant/ bar on the sight nice rooftop pool

Loved this hotel - clean, fun, great location. Only complaint was the shower. I didn’t like that it doesn’t have a shower door and no water pressure. Also we reserved a king and they gave us two queen beds. Not a deal breaker - I would definitely stay again.
