Margaritaville Vacation Club - Nashville

My young adult son and daughter, grand-girl, and I spent 2 nights at Wyndham Margaritaville Nashville. It was the perfect pitstop for us between home in KY and the girls flying back out of Nashville. Upon arrival valet was welcoming, courteous, professional, and continued to be throughout our stay. Parking is $62/night, but with a baby the convenience and safe parking is worth it to us. The front desk staff very helpful in extending our stay for delayed flight, quickly providing housekeeping needs, and accommodating guests on a second room reservation. We send a special shoutout to Antonio! Our room was very clean with a beautiful city view and a well stocked kitchenette. I enjoyed doing Bible study in the front lobby. It was very cozy with outlets and fresh water available. We greatly appreciate the elevators requiring key for security. Our pool day was so fun. A special shoutout to McKenna at Fin's Pool Bar who provided exceptional poolside wait service. She worked the entire crowd solo with unusual grace and poise, and she was so kind and fun loving with our grand-girl. We will definitely be returning soon for more pitstops prior to flying out. Expedia got greedy and booked too many rooms. So they called me the day before (when I booked 6 months in advance) and told me they were just going to switch our room type. Had to argue to get the type of bed we wanted. But hotel/expedia refused to comp us for the room change. Paid for a room with a kitchenette. Didn’t get a room with kitchenette. But they still kept my money. Hotel manager couldn’t have cared less of course. Typical response…”call Expedia.” I’m sure they will care even less. Won’t use them in the future. And won’t stay at Margaritaville.

Super close to Broadway and amazing staff!

We were booked for the Wyndham vacation suite and at the last minute they moved us to the hotel. The room was smaller and did not have the kitchenette.

Great location and rooms were nice.

Booked our room in October. We all got phone calls/messages stating that rooms would be changed. We all paid for vacation club but were out in regular hotel. Again, rooms were nice but some of us got regular rooms while others got suites. We could not understand since rooms were booked and fully paid for in October. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator in a room that we all originally booked.

The property was very clean and close to many attractions

We booked the vacation club with a king size suite but upon arrival we were informed that the suite was not available and we were given a double queen room in the Hotel. This was not disclosed by booking.com that this could happen. We were lucky to get a room on premise because the staff informed us sometimes they have to send you to another location.

Homeless people asking for $$ and coffee and such and lack of security was a bit concerning
