Good breakfast and coffee, very friendly staff Value for money. Nice and warm, comfy beds. Car Parking

Not much hot water, runs only for a few minutest then goes cold. Damp smell in the hallways and corridors.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly Rooms basic but very clean Onsite restaurant

USB sockets didn't work so woke up with no battery on phone No hairdryer although we asked for one at check-in Room felt cold when we first got there heating on for a while soon sorted us out Duvet felt thin and little small for the bed None of above would stop us from staying here again

Comfy bed

Items on breakfast were cold. Had to ask for sugar spoons and served my tonic with cap on. All in all the breakfast was terrible.

The room was comfortable bed was good the room was good , clean the staff were polite sbc it wax local to your experience we came for

The food was minimal on our first night me and my husband looked at the menu and decided on what we would like when we arrived at the eating are as I would not call it a restaurant the staff attending to us asked what we would like and he said we don't have anything on the menu only burger or pizza we had to choose a burger the food was cooked fresh my husbands came with chips mine did not I did not realise and I was not asked if I require and sides then we asked for a drink they wad no Rosa wine only white or red I asked for white and it wad warm , my husband had a beer then to be told it was the last one , we had cheese cake it was warm and no dressing they was no pride taken in presentation then breakfast yes it was cooked fresh the eggs were pale and tasteless again no presentation the food was just put on the plate we were quiet disappointed with the lack of choose the was no apology or explanation I did feel that from menu and and the advertising I read the hotel offered was very poor on arrival false advertising we were quite disappointed I had to eat out every night

Bed sheets were very fresh and clean as well as room Friends lady at reception

Floors were very very creaky Unpleasant smell through corridors
