La actitud del personal de la recepción es terrible. Al indicar que requería factura, cobraron el iva sobre el costo ya pactado, apesar de que el desgloce ya indicaba que el costo incluia el impuesto, terminaron cobrandome 1824 + iva... y no me dieron la factura. Muchos zancudos y que el baño esté fuera de la habitación sí es algo incomodo.

The Hacienda was beautiful and peaceful. The location was a bit isolated for us in terms of activities and it had several barking dogs nearby at night
