Stayed here for a family wedding in Newport, RI. It was a very comfy hotel right off the RT 195. The room had a comfortable bed and was very clean. The room included a well stocked kitchen area. Just add food. The storage closets worked well when putting away clothes for a rehearsal dinner then wedding the next day. Breakfast was always kept well stocked. Would stay again.

"Charged an extra $100. by error and can't seem to resolve it. No call back!"

It was close to our function, the staff was friendly, teh hotel was kept up and well lit and our room was comfortable. There was also a fitness room and a pool.

I made the reservations online and paid in full. I bought 2 candy bars, 2 waters and charged the $15.00 to the room. I don't know how or why I was charged $115.00 and after 4 days still no call back from any manager. They are always on a Zoom call, busy or in a meeting. The bathroom needed more attention by housekeeping.
