Had horrible stay!

My stay ended up to be horrible. I've had a heart attack November. So what I wake it pretty much dictates how my day wil be..causes me to extend my stay. Because of my health Cant even pack my stuff up to leave. From all the thing that heart attack remnants. First day good second day good.3rd day went hay wire over a vacuum cleaner. Down hill after that. Was going to kick me out.and entering. My Suite while naked. To chastised for things I had nothing to do with..I didn't answer phone if sick Continue ringing knocking on door non stop. The stress of all this made me sicker.stress it was horrible. And the I slipped were rug is worn down..Ambulance had to take me out..thank goodness no broken bones.. shoulder neck hip and back.. hit my head on granite table Still in so much pain unbelievable..that was my experience..

Very unfriendly employees, dirty room.

Glitch in the system so there kicking me out.After I paid 7k for the month I've been herehere...I cant think off any other reason

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable

Did online check-in. The room wasn’t ready for 4 hours after that- an hour and a half after check in time. Room was supposed to be a queen double sofa bed. The sofa doesn’t appear to open. Bottom cushions sewn to frame. Clerk was slow and seemed either new or just not great. Didn’t tell us what time breakfast is, pool hours, nothing. Just gave the key. Very slow checkin as well.

Overnight stay on a weekend. Service was good, check in and check out was easy. Convenient location. Meet expectations.

Always a good stay here. Jazmin was my check in person this time. She’s a ray of sunshine ( no sarcasm) she has such a beautiful aura to her. I adore her her Caitlin are amazing. Thank you for your time and taking such wonderful care of me Jazmin.
