"No stay, cold, but I was charged"

The room was double booked, I was cold by owner and had to book an expensive last minute alternative, I was charged for a cxld stay. I was not the person that canceled, booking. Com cxld me.

"Pooor draining "

My shower wouldn’t drain and I wanted to take a bubble bathe and there was alot of black hair when I turned it on . Didn’t shower

We have noticed that the rooms are not as clean as a year ago. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping only came one day to make beds and fresh towels.

We stayed here before and it was very nice. The front desk people are nice. Our room had fingerprints all over tvs doors. Dust in windows and on shelves. And the shower had no conditioner or body wash in the bottles. The breakfast was really good though. Bed was comfy.
