Gravity Haus Denver

Easy to check in, great room, location was fantastic and parking was surprisingly easy. Could hear everything the Upstairs guest was doing, walking, music playing, toilet, shower, including singing and full conversations.

Overall it was really good. Location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was quiet. We had a small issue checking in (iPad wasn’t working) and the water was shut off at one point due to a leaky pipe (they were very kind and apologetic). Both issues were understandable and outside of the general control of the hotel. There were some weird things like one wastebasket only in the bathroom and the shower head didn’t have the best water pressure. I wish I could only dock a half star because otherwise we were really thrilled with it and would stay again.

Hands down, one of the worst "hotel" experiences of my life. The truth is, it's NOT a hotel—it's an unstaffed Airbnb masquerading as one. Upon arrival, you have to check yourself in on an iPad. This was a struggle because the system couldn’t locate my reservation, even though the "hotel" had already confirmed it and sent me a check-in code. Calling the support line was useless, as no one answered. Feeling stranded, I spent about an hour across the street at a restaurant, calling the support number repeatedly with no success. Eventually, I saw another guest entering and ran back across the street to ask for help. Finally, I was able to get in. Then I saw my room and immediately wished I had gone to another hotel. The room was filthy and poorly maintained. The curtains were broken and falling off the track. The place is a dump. Steer clear!

Nice hotel, there is no staff so when you need help you have the kiosk as your onky option or a phone number. The smell is suspicious, like too much perfume to cover up something. We notcied water damage on the door frame in our bathroom from swelling and water damage, which probably has mold. The toilet flush is INSANE so we didnt flush at night as to not wake up everyone else on the planet. The inside is pretty, but our window opened up to a knot of power cords. BUT its Denver so...

Loved the aesthetic

Location was further from downtown than I realized

Gives the feel and toiletries of a luxury hotel but still pretty affordable and sooo cute/cozy! The staff responded quickly to any questions I had and check in process was a breeze.

The unique design

Well for starters when I turn the faucet on three spiders came out of the faucet which alarmed me greatly not to mention the shower head when I turn it on and ran for about 3 minutes and then a huge loud bang happened and Water started pouring out the size of the water the shower head not the middle we're supposed to leave me not to unscrew it and deal with no shower head at all nothing was stalked and there are stains on the sheets
