In Premium King room, main bathroom door broken. Bathroom light switch broken, can't turn off light. Life House never responded to my chat message, and that is the recommended way to contact them, there is no phone number you can call to talk to a person. Pic shows what room looked like at 2 AM for twenty minutes until lights finally turned off. Wrecked our sleep.

I like the property’s styling and decor. Seemed to be a lot to do that was walkable. The room was not clean and there were other persons belongings in the room. There is zero concierge or anyone available to help out. No access to any type of bottled water or snacks. Note to hotel- please have cleaning staff look thoroughly in the room for things. Found a pair of men’s joggers under the couch, pills inside the couch, a folder filled with someone’s personal work information and health information in the nightstand. And there was no Marshall speaker in the room as advertised.

Amazing, safe, quiet location. We can walk around the neighborhood and area to restaurants, etc. The vibe was good around the area and the facility was unique! The soaps, the decor all done nicely. Will definitely go back.

Really cool, aesthetically pleasing apot. Nice decor. Cool idea in great location. Parking was a pain, walls are thin and the AC unit was as loud a freight train

Expedia was fine. The website for hotel was difficult to navigate - that’s why I used Expedia.

Cute little place to stay. Loved the bunk beds and the rainfall shower was amazing. Beds were very comfortable

Loved the boutique hotel ambiance and being situated in a neighborhood without feeling like a total tourist. The restaurant downstairs, Wildflower, is a MUST - beyond spectacular meal. Comfy bed, great decor, incredibly friendly staff.

You do a self check in that seemed to confuse some of the other guests. There isn't a traditional "hotel lobby" / door person situation, which I didn't mind, but for a few who didn't expect it, it seemed to cause some stress.

Neighboring room was overheard using abusive and drug language. Extremely loud and yelling at a woman and on the phone. Tried calling to switch rooms and no one answered or responded. Thought about calling the police as I did not feel safe. They should have someone available 24/7 for problems like this.

They had us from the moment we arrived. Gorgeous aesthetic, happy crew, and an incredibly thoughtful room. The neighborhood is a contemporary hub of food, cocktails, coffee, craft beer. We loved every minute of staying here. Just wished we had more time.
