Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Walking outside 3 times to get to and from the actual hotel whilst dressed for an event. Annexe needs covering completely against weather. Price of room was ridiculous for what it was, £137 and no breakfast. TV was the size of a postage stamp.

The pillows where filled with pretty much no filling it was like laying on a towel, last time i stayed had a great time this time it was a different story
