"Poor value"

Reception staff very friendly, room a good size and bed comfortable

The room had an odour, and was very tired. The shower tiles had mould on the grout. The shower and bath taps were very noisy. The TV was very small by modern standards. Spa/swimming pool were extra cost, as was breakfast as we did not book direct. Really not worth £135.00 per night for room only

"When the people next door stopped talking I woke every half hr as the mattress was so bad"

Could hear the people next to me talking and moving , the bed had the worse mattress I ever slept on .

Location was really nice

The rooms were very dated and the cost of a cup of tea with toast was absolutely extortionate
