Диван на першому поверсі дуже пильний та з поламаними пружинами. Але так як ми були на відпочинку, а не на постійному проживанні, то можна не звертати увагу.

Не понравилось, что обстановка в доме была очень старой, мебель и техника выглядели как самые дешёвые и эконом-вариант. Много мебели уже в плохом состоянии (например, диван в гостиной), и её явно стоило бы заменить. Это сильно портит общее впечатление от проживания.

The apartment (No.1): The air conditioner in all the bedrooms was old (likely 15 years old), smelled when turned on, and could not control the temperature. The air conditioning in the lounge areas was good; we used that one throughout our stay.
AMThe location was very good. It is 3 min walk to the best beach Fig tree bay. Also the area is very calm and you can have a rest in the evening and during the daytime. But in the same time the city center is 5 min walk, where you can find a lot of restaurants. Staff were very helpful and supportive. House was clean and comfortable. We like the setting area in front of the house.
Would be great to have 2 bathrooms. We have to wait each other to have showers after the sea.
