The apartment was in a great location, very central and convenient for exploring Zurich. It was clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and overall the apartment was comfortable for a short stay.

I was informed during my stay that there was an internet outage due to construction work, and I understand that this was beyond the host’s control. However, the lack of internet was a significant inconvenience for me. The host kindly offered a refund of CHF 50.00 as compensation, but unfortunately, I did not receive this refund after my stay. Overall, communication was polite, but the issue remained unresolved. Update: I am very pleased to share that the host followed through on their commitment. After a small delay, they have now issued the CHF 50.00 refund as promised. I truly appreciate their honesty and professional communication in resolving this matter. Their proactive approach to making things right shows they truly care about guest satisfaction. Highly recommended for their reliability and great customer service!

SCOMOSISSIMA E MINUSCOLA PER OSPISARE UNA FAMIGLIA

Very close to the city center, with all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. Also, it’s very convenient that there is a transport hub close by, so you can easily get anywhere you want. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, down to the smallest details for your comfort. There is a coffee machine, an electric kettle, all cutlery, a full set of plates, knives, and even a vegetable peeler. It’s very convenient if you want to prepare your own breakfast or enjoy a meal in the apartment. Everything is very clean and comfortable. I was traveling alone, and the space was more than enough for me. The apartment isn’t large, but it’s cozy and very comfortable. A special thank you for the beautiful window that opens with a view of the river — it really adds something special to the stay. The only thing I would mention is that the staircase is quite narrow and there is no elevator. However, for me it was absolutely fine, even though I stayed on the third floor.

Aile için cok küçük,sokaktan cok ses geliyor,diger odalardan insanların sesleri geliyor,ayrıca daire belirgin biçimde yamuk.Check in saat 15 de biz erken geldik elimizde valizlerce saatlerce sokakta kaldık.Check in olana kadar valizleri koyabilecegimiz bir yer belirlenmemiş.Bizi cok zorlayan bir durum oldu.Ayrıca asansör yok daireye cıkan merdivenler cok dar.Konaklama için bu tesisi tercih edenlerin bu konuya dikkat etmelerini öneririm.
