Property was nice and clean easy access to the beach, great bar and live music . Kids had a blast in the kids pool and indoor pool. Parking was not an issue. Location was great.

Ocean front

Only 2 working elevators for 23 floors. You always have to wait and once was 40 minutes. Our floors were filthy and things were left from the people before us.

I like the fact that when I called with my issues, both Jamie and Joe were very helpful with my situations. Jamie helped get my family moved to accommodations that we sufficient for myself, my husband, and my mom.

A studio and an efficiency are different... I booked a studio that should've had a couch. When I got there, their was a small pull out chair in the room. I didn't like that I had to pay extra in order to be moved to an apartment that did have a separate bedroom and a sofabed...
