Room was dirty, headboard wasn’t attached to bed and every time u move it beat on wall, ceiling around ceiling fans was dirty, baseboards was pitiful was. Was so dirty in hall way no curtains In Bedroom so it was like sleeping in middle of day. Something made terrible racket all night not sure if it was the elevator or what is was. Refrigerator handles was dirty. Iron was broke all to pieces iron board was filthy. Shower head was on side of shower and leaked whole time we was there. Very outdated room for sure. Cabinet doors broke

I loved how fast the resort got back with you, I loved EVERYTHING!

Only thing I didn’t like it’s that my room did not see clean had dirty bed sheets

We have always loved the Majestic. The location is wonderful!

The particular room we booked I-1512 was awful and should be closed down for renovations. The sliding closet door was broken, the glass mirrors were broken/cracked. The mattress was the worst we have ever slept on in all our years of traveling. The bed felt like it would fall in if you turned over! The garden tub is filthy, the drain is broken good thing I brought my own cleaning supplies. I would NOT recommend this room. The Majestic offers much nicer and cleaner rooms than this. The new “automated” parking gate is a joke. There are NO signs or indicators of how much room should be left for a camera to read the vehicle tag. There are times the parking line is backed up so cars squeeze in to make room but when a female security guard comes out to yell at paying visitors because we cannot read minds it is unacceptable! I understand efficiency but the parking cameras should be repositioned and STOP HERE signs should be posted. You will lose good visitors if you’re personal dos not learn how to treat them nicer and definitely if anymore rooms are in this dilapidated state.

The elevators only work part time. And I noticed along with several visitors that different elevators had a sign saying that the movies provided had not worked for over two weeks. Different elevators were saying different dates.

Stained bedding, doorknobs lose, bath tub knob lose, everything was cheap or broke, the beds were hard as a rock(we literally had to buy a mattress cover to not being in so much pain), the layout was super weird and squished. Just over all not happy. Panhandle was up to fix it but I just feel it should have been checked and cleaned before hand. The place just seemed like they through some broken furniture in. The drawers were all broke or loose. The pool rules were a bit absurd. No floaties for adults , the chair was too close to the pool( even though it was already there when we got there), you have to have an id even to get a cart or play a game of pool. We were just not satisfied at all. Very rude workers.

Maintenance did not respond to our issues.
