Majestic Beach Resort Tower I by Panhandle Getaways

Loved everything about the property but especially the location

Hated dealing with the check in and waiting forever to be able to get a cart to unload everything, never had to deal with this at any other resort and it may be the one thing to keep us from coming back…. It was a nightmare!!!

I loved the location and the beach cleanliness.

The couch/bed needs a new mattress and no blanket was left for its use and I had to make a trip out to purchase a blanket. Also, the beach chair rental was way too costly and very few used them.

I liked the view and all the amenities. It was close to various dining and shopping locations.

Maintenance showed up to our condo to do a repair, that was requested by the previous guests. We felt like they should do repairs between guests. Also pest control showed up. Again we felt like that should be scheduled between guest stays.

First off the Commnication and details on how to park and how to use the parking pass were not clear. We never received a code for our room I had to call. Then the Room was very bare, not much furniture, there was no chairs no where to store our clothes, we had to keep them in our bags. There was sand and hair all over the floor. I was not happy nor impressed with the hotel or room. I definitely will not stay here ever again!!

The condo was beautiful the decor was soothing and fun, my sister & I would love to move in. Everyone was so helpful & nice.
