Friendly staff warm welcome we stayed in room 9 it is on the top floor and there's no lift not a problem for us but could be if you have walking difficulties The room was clean and beds was so comfy I didn't want to get out of it The fridge in the room was a bounce and plenty of tea coffee would of been nice to have fresh milk left in the fridge instead of UHT milk on the tray but thats just a personal preference but we just popped to the shop and got our own The shower was good Nice view of the seafront from the room Breakfast was yummy all good quality produce and the staff were so helpful nothing to much trouble This hotel is a little gem definitely made the right choice looking at other hotels in the area
