Not having onside parking although we were able to park on the street near by with.a parking permit obtained from the hotel.

Lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food with a good selection of courses. First time in a long time I've gone to three courses.

the hotel doesn't have a car park which I was thinking would be a problem. However, the staff direct you where you can park.

Prpoerty? NOTHING. Breakfast was best part of the stay. Room was SHEET

Paid £100 for: Had to ask to get breakfast before 0800 specially like it was an issue. A tiny room up four floors with no lift overlooking dirty rooftops. TV wasn’t working because the network kept dropping out. No toiletries in the room anywhere. DIRTY bathroom with electric shower that was constantly freezing cold then scalding hot. This is after a freezing night because the heating went off automatically and couldn’t be turned back on. Breakfast was best part of the stay. Room was SHEET. DO NOT STAY HERE

Location was perfect. Staff were very professional, friendly and helpful especially Morgan. Food was amazing, we had breakfast and Sunday lunch, highly recommend

Lack of packing spaces available. Windows could not be left open, needed a support in place. Plus only one opened. The phone in the room had a very bright LED screen which was off putting when trying to get to sleep. Wall are also very thin, so could fully hear neighbours upstairs who came in past midnight and then proceeded to watch tv and talk loudly

Very homely relaxing hotel

Staff were amazing and so helpful. The hotel has been decorated very well and the beds were so comfortable.

Although the hotel offers free parking permits it can be difficult to find street parking spaces during high season but this is true of the whole seafront area and not a fault of the hotel.
