Property Notes

All reservations require immediate payment at the time of booking. A 50% deposit is required for bookings made 31 days or more before the arrival date. For bookings made 30 days or less before arrival, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. An AUD 500 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure. All payments must be made via our payment gateway, Stripe, using a credit card. A nonrefundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond. Payments will appear as an accommodations blue mount on your bank statement. Cancelations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a nonrefundable AUD 5 channel manager fee. Cancelations made within 30 days before arrival are nonrefundable. Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date. If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change. Accommodated is not responsible for cancelations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancelations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy. We endeavor to ensure that our content and images are accurate and up-to-date. However, occasional discrepancies may occur due to delays or changes beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Wonderful views from the verandah and close to attractions and cafes etc The home is very spacious and comfy .

The fly screens on the sliding glass doors needs to be replaced as we couldn’t have the glass doors open and shut the screen to let the air through as the fly screen was all ripped open on the bottom and the flys and mosquitoes we’re getting in,I had my three grandchildren with us and they have severe allergies to mosquitoes so that needs to be fixed. But otherwise we all enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to others .

"Expect to pay more than the quoted price"

The property was spacious

I found communication very poor. There are additional fees charged beyond the price quoted. It’s 3 weeks since we were there and I still have not received my bond back. The property is in need of maintenance, it is shabby and needs updating. The chimney on the fireplace is blocked so the fire won’t stay alight. The lounge is uncomfortable and there isn’t enough outdoor furniture.

"Great family getaway."

Spacious, great for a big family getaway with a lovely view of Mt Solitary. Good heating system and the fireplace added ambience. Nice gardens and a lovely fire pit area. Well appointed.

Fridge and oven could be bigger given the property sleeps 12. Flyscreens need replacing. Flooded with emails from managing agent ‘Accommodated’, many of which were duplicated.
