Heatpump blasting air..took a while to figure out how to turn it down. No opening window No coffee for the plunger No dishcloth to wipe bench

It was Quiet, clean, the bed was comfortable and the facilities in the room were amazing! Staff at reception were very friendly and informative.

It was dirty (litter) on the garden edges outside the hotel.

The location is great as it's right opposite the main shopping mall in town center. Parking is $10 per night and required reservation. The price seems reasonable as there are not many car spaces on site. The apartment rooms are nicely renovated and look modern. There is separate aircon in the bedroom.

We booked the two bedrooom apartment to fit 3 adults. I thought it's gonna be the same apartment with 2 bedrooms. However it's actually a studio plus one bedroom apartment that entered from same main door. It's a bit inconvenient as the two apartments are not connected inside and the doors can't keep as open. Thus we need to make sure we have the room keys whenever moving between rooms.

Location and facilities all great

Excess noise from other guests after midnight not dealt with effectively. Also, late arrival procedure not correct as no key provided necessitating a call out from offsite manager. This person however was friendly and efficient.

Clean great location

Room was warm.

The bathroom shower was not very clean there was hair on the wall in the shower it was not from someone's head. The bed was as hard as stone and the noise from the street keept my wife up both nights.
