Location cleanliness and comfort

Lack of parking. Paid for a parking spot but didn’t exist when we came back at night. Brought this up with staff next morning. Were apologetic. Didn’t offer a refund though 🤷‍♀️

"We enjoyed our return stay with Quest"

Location so convenient, just a quick walk anywhere.Room and bathroom were clean. We had a quiet room. Aircon / heater very efficient.

The shower floor was unstable. No extractor fan for steam. Room smelled musty when we arrived. Bed rather hard but ok. We had paid for parking but no parking spot left when we returned from our event on the Saturday night.

Entry and exit was easy and building was very clean. Smelt good and space of the rooms were perfect Parking for $10 on sight!!!! Close to the plaza for shopping and food
