Escadas altissimas e sem essa informa no site. Ruim para subir com mala. Demora em abrir a portaria, muito tempo esperando e o hotel fica praticamente na Dutra.

"Pessimas condições"

Apenas que os quartos tem ar condicionado.

MUITO BARULHO! Pedi pra trocar de quarto pois o quarto que é melhorzinho fica de frente pra avenida e eu não dormi a noite inteira! Ao trocar o quarto era bem inferior mas pelo menos consegui dormir! Pedi uma diária a mais pois precisei por conta do trabalho e o dono me cobrou o mesmo valor! Sendo que estava num quarto inferior e fiz por fora da reserva, ele alegou que “eu que quis trocar”. Eu ia reservar mais 3 dias mas eles perderam uma cliente! A única coisa que queria ressaltar é que as atendentes são excelentes a limpeza também mas o local precisa de muitas reparações para atender melhor os clientes e ser um hotel bom! Janela anti ruído é uma emergência!

"Não confio no hotel"

Nada

Segundo informações da recepcionista, o hotel mudou de sistema e minha reserva não consta ativa com o hotel, mesmo tendo fechado pelo app Booking. Paguei caro no Uber para chegar até o hotel e depois tive que procurar outra acomodação no meio da noite de SP, pois não havia quarto disponível. Péssima forma de receber o cliente.
