I had a wonderful stay at Poulo Wai Hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Phnom Penh with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff were very welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere after a busy day in the city. The swimming pool and fitness facilities were a great bonus, and the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, Poulo Wai Hotel offers excellent value for money and combines comfort with outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

It was a bit quiet

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Poulo Wai Hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The pool provided a relaxing escape with a stunning city view, while the fitness center was well-maintained and fully equipped. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a delight — the food was delicious, offering a great mix of local and international options. The staffs were friendly, genuinely helpful, and delivered excellent hospitality throughout my stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive housekeeping and concierge support, their professionalism and care made me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Phnom Penh. I will absolutely return on my next trip!

The hotel was very clean and modern.

The TV in the room you could only watch you tube and Netflix and you had to keep logging in.

Received a drink on arrival with a cold towel which was a very welcoming gesture. Nice big clean room with good facilities. Loved the table tennis, pool table and swimming pool. Staff were really helpful with everything.

The hotel’s location is convenient and makes it easy to explore Phnom Penh’s attractions. One of the highlights was the hotel’s high skybar, which offers a great view overlooking the city and the river. it’s the perfect place to enjoy a drink while taking in the beautiful scenery. The pool area was another highlight clean and a great spot to unwind after a day out. Overall, I highly recommend Poulo Wai Hotel for both business and leisure stays. I look forward to coming back!

Great stay and was on par with the other 3 places we stayed. All the staff were accommodating to the members of my family that didn’t speak Khmer. They had many amenities on different floors, the skybar’s view was beyond beautiful. Everything was wonderful!!
