Nothing…we left immediately

No one greeted us upon arrival. Difficult to enter property. Host was watching us on video. Rooms were dirty and there was a musty smell

Great spot with a good breakfast each morning. I arrived at 1100 and they gave me an early check in, which was a huge plus. Bit of noise from the next room, but all up it was a nice place

A great breakfast, big room and very comfortable. Decent location - most places are walkable.

My only issue was that I had a room below the lounge on the top floor and was regularly woken up during the night by the staff moving tables and chairs to clean it. One night I went to reception at 2am to ask if they could be quiet but they didn't seem to understand my concerns. So I would recommend this hotel but be aware if you are on the 21st floor.

Main pool was a bit cold but they have a hot tub next to it so not really an issue

Honestly, I only slept and had breakfast in the place. Was nearest quality Hotel to a Wedding I attended 2 hours away. The Breakfast was great, and the clean comfort was EXACTLY what I needed after every 2 hour drive from my Event Location.

This is a large hotel with a beautiful lobby and spacious, comfortable rooms. We had a nice view of the city from the 20th floor and from the sky bar. The staff are friendly. I appreciated the generous size of shower and hot water.

I will message the hotel separately with my constructive feedback. Several items need attention.

Very nice hotel! Clean. Beautiful rooftop restaurant. A 20 minute walk from the river and Royal Palace. The pool was nice and clean - but shaded. I didn’t look at that closely when I booked and was disappointed because I wanted to be in the sun. On the plus side, it was breezy up there, so very refreshing on a hot day. The staff was very friendly and friendly I had a really nice stay.
