Whisky Point Resort

The place is super ti va beautifoul. Beach Room restaurant ,staff and the great owers Nicola and Ana makes it a very special place.

Everything was amazing; the food, the cabanas, the employees, the owners, the atmosphere, everything. It was absolutely perfect. It’s one of those places you just don’t want to leave.

We loved everything, but just so others know, the cabana does not have a private bathroom as indicated in the description, and there is no hot water, but honestly, it’s not needed.

Une halte de 3 nuits dans ce petit havre de paix en bord de plage ou le temps s est arreté... Un grand merci à Muhajeer qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable ! A noter que les excursions doivent se régler en cash néanmoins pour le restaurant vous avez la possibilité de régler par carte bancaire mais avec une taxe de 5% sur le montant en dollars et non sur celui en roupies.

Domki są fantastyczne, wszystko jest idealne na dodatek widać, że wszystko jest zrobione ręcznie. Obsługa najlepszej jakości, wszystko robią tak, żeby miło spędzało się tam czas. Bardzo polecam. Super doświadczenie i relaks.

-staff and owners are amazing -really good food and drinks (especially the Italian food and mixed drinks) -yoga lesson and several activities were organized by the hotel -rooms are very comfortable and clean -lovely beach cabanas -very calm and relaxing atmosphere

Tolles Glamping-Gefühl in der Cabana, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr remote, den Strand direkt vorm Haus teilt man sich nur mit den wenigen anderen Gästen. Wir haben es uns sehr gut gehen lassen! Das Personal ist wirklich außergewöhnlich aufmerksam. Großzügiges Gelände mit zahlreichen Liegemöglichkeiten und Sportangeboten.

Meiner Meinung nach stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Whisky Point Resort leider nicht. Unterkunft, Essen & Trinken sind deutlich teurer als durchschnittliche Preise auf Sri Lanka, das im Preis enthaltene Frühstück ist klein und kein Vergleich zu den üppig gefüllten Frühstückstischen im singhalesischen Stil. Ein singhalesisches Gericht auf der Karte wäre außerdem für den Flair toll gewesen. Die Cabanas haben ausschließlich offene Fenster, wodurch viele Mücken und Insekten im Zimmer sind. Das Mückennetz überm Bett hatte Löcher und hat nur dürftig geholfen. Ohne Klimaanlage war es nachts sehr heiß. Warmes Wasser braucht man zwar nicht unbedingt, wäre für den Preis aber angemessen gewesen.
