Hotel did not correctly register my hire car to allow me to drive into the restricted zones of Pistoia to access the hotel and parking area, this resulted in a €100 fine in which the hotel refused to reimburse me for when I contacted them. Be careful!

Amazing staff who were extremely helpful and looked after us. The property and rooms are lovely. The location is perfect and the breakfast was also great. We will be back soon!
