A beautiful property and very centrally located. The staff is so friendly! They even upgraded our room 🙂 the rooms are lovely - spacious and clean. I would highly recommend!

This is a lovely hotel in a really pretty little town. Pistoia is like a little Florence and the hotel is really nice.

Fantastic hotel! Definite must if in Pistoia! Rooms are really nice, they are loud if you keep the window open there’s a lot of people walking down that street all hours of the night. But with the window closed it’s great!

In pieno centro, non si poteva chiedere di meglio. Camera molto grande con letto king e materassi e cuscini eccellenti. In pieno inverno la temperatura della camera era esemplare.Bagno grande e confortevole. Personale gentile. Colazione ricca e di buona qualità; unica pecca , contingentare orario e tavoli per la colazione molto piccoli

From check-in to check-out; All Staff very friendly and helpful during my stay…. City center, walk to places to eat, Cafe’ and shopping… Not far from the central train station…

Hotel confortável e o quarto é excelente no tamanho e conforto. Banheiro moderno e eficiente. Todo o staff foi muito acolhedor. O hotel está localizado numa área antiga medieval com bons restaurantes ao redor.

A lovely place to stay !! The staff it’s amazing and very friendly…. We had a great time for three nights in Pistoia and I highly recommend this place to everyone !!!
