Hillside Crossing Nashville a Ramada by Wyndham

The staff here were excellent and made us feel welcome. Angel was friendly and helpful. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. The Irish Pub right on site was excellent! The hotel is dog friendly, which was a plus for us. However, our door didn’t seal all the way around and the peephole was broken. It locked fine. Unfortunately, there were people milling about on the back sides of the buildings at all hours. I didn’t feel as safe as I’d like for my daughter. When I was walking my dog before bed, I turned a corner and clearly interrupted someone doing something shady. They freaked out and I had to make a quick u-turn. Glad my dog was with me.

Room and lobby was clean and comfortable. Restaurant next door was affordable but sports bar atmosphere. Staff was very helpful, friendly.

Took an hour to check in. Front desk clerk was overwhelmed a bit. Saw two dead roaches in the room and hair in the shower.

Toilette stuffed with toilette paper-not flushing TV and Channels a mess- needs recalibration No free breakfast included anymore-$10.00/plate Since Hillside Crossing is no longer with Wyndham.. the place isn't the same-having stayed there previously over the years ! Now the ice machine room ,has no ice machine For the price charged-go elsewhere The check-in was friendly and efficient

Room was clean comfortable pool was nice front desk April was a awesome the only bad thing was a room full of fliing ants when we got up

Will definitely request a second wall room away from the pool.

Horrible stay and experience. My room was located in the hotel where people were renting the rooms to live in. This was an annoyance as the room beside us didn’t have any respect for noise. They blared their tv/music loud ALL HOURS OF THE DAY/NIGHT, let there kids kick balls against the walls/front doors (including ours). The room didn’t have a full length mirror? Found that odd. There was an iron in the room but the cable on it didn’t stretch far enough to be able to iron clothes. The room wasn’t clean and the “country vinyls” on the wall were caked in dust. The phone in the room work either. They recently took another payment out for what I already paid when I was there a month ago. I have tried calling them… got through once after calling 10 times. Then was put on hold for 30 mins only for no one to come back to the call. I continued the next few hours trying to and no one would pick up. I have tried emailing them and nothing. It’s giving SCAM?! I understand possibly it’s just error in a double charge but their customer service is horrible. This charge wasn’t cheap and now i’m left without funds. You truly get what you pay for.. if not less. Sometimes it’s worth putting the money out for a nice hotel on broadway for piece of mind and comfort. Lesson learned!

Rooms were older and had been somewhat renovated. Still could use some upgrades. Floors were not clean and we didn’t feel the safest while staying. Deadbolt was broken in our room. I will say the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. We only stayed one night. Probably wouldn’t stay here again but

They overbooked the hotel, we show up to check in after having this reservation for 4 weeks and they gave our room away due to overbooking. It’s a busy weekend so we spent the next three hours finding a hotel that was even further away from where we needed to be. Seen a HUGE cockroach crawling up the wall in the lobby. Disappointed to say the least.
