Staff are very rude n racist

They are racist n disrespectful very disappointed I was there for 2 months spent so much money there for them to put me out

The staff are very rude n racist I stayed over 3 months they are disrespectful the staff sit in the car smokin cigarettes never at the desk it’s a mess

They are racist n nasty don’t kno how to talk to anybody

Had a late arrival. 10:15. No one would answer the phone to give us our two rooms. To bad

rude people above my room stomping around for 2 hours at 1. am, called at 3:44am slowed down but didn’t stop, definitely from children stomping even though was told no kids were there. When leaving the attendant acted like i was bothering her and cussed then was friendly when she saw me

Have to pay for utincils for kitchnette There was no alarm clock in room and they did not get me one when requested

I didn't know there would be a kitchenette or I would have brought ingredients for a healthy meal! Everything else was as expected, in and out overnight.

Nothing was unpleasant, it met with my expectations.
