WoodSpring Suites Detroit Madison Heights

Initially I was checked into the wrong room. They did put me in the correct room the next day when I brought it up. On going to the new room it did not look like they cleaned the floors and there was food from a previous stay in the fridge. In the 4 weeks that I stayed, I found 2 dead bugs in the room, there was no room service, and the AC broke down after the 1st week. I mentioned the AC to the front desk the day after, and followed up after a week, but nothing was ever done. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately I could not recommend this place for an extended stay.

I think that it was awesome that they had a full sized fridge. And they had a little stove top heater. Enjoyed where they placed the microwave. And liked the closet installments. It was a very well put together room.

I think they could have maybe gotten rid of some funky smell that you would experience walking from the entrance to the elevator and fro. The hallways into the room. It was a very funky smell, other than that it was a great stay.

The room was adequate. The floors were dirty!

Great place

Customer service was excellent. There was a problem with our room and they fixed it asap. Then we had a reservation link and they very helpful with that as well. Great place and we will stay here again.

The third floor hallway smelled so bad I almost wanted to leave immediately. Be warned if you stay here.

Peaceful stay

Find hair on bed and pillows. Request a new room. The front desk won’t change the room for me. And not willing to replace the pillows also. Bad attitude and charged my card twice
