No hair dryers and none were available to use. A few minimun dishes would be nice since it has a mini kitchen. No coffee pot. water pressure in shower very low but maybe that is on purpose

The room smelt of cigarettes so badly to the point it made my son and mother very ill. It was very uncomfortable. The floor was so dirty our socks turned brown. I will say the one staff member I did encounter was beyond friendly and nice.

The room was nice and clean. Able to regulate the temperature well. Staff was pleasant. Close to good restaurants and activities

I was actually quite surprised at how nice the rooms were. Check-in was a little odd. After 6 PM on a Sunday night there’s nobody at the front window so we had to dial 500 for customer service. Someone very quickly came and met us at the front desk and got us checked in. Hotel is very nice and affordable!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness, the quiet atmosphere and the comfort. The only reason I didn't give an excellent for overall was the cleaning policy which interrupted my dinner on my final night of my stay. However we did work it out that they would come back early Sunday morning to finish the cleaning. Yes I would recommend this motel to my friends

Friendly desk staff upon arrival, clean room, easily accessible amenities (fitness, laundry, etc). Only downside was the a/c units stopped working halfway through my stay, but it was bearable. Nice place which fit my needs quite well!

My room wasn’t the best in terms of cleanliness but I didn’t expect it to be honestly. What made the trip terrible was having no AC for two days and never being notified by staff that the AC was down. After the first night of no AC I went and spoke to the staff and she stated that they are working on it. I explained how no one notified me that the AC was down. It would have been great to know that in advance.

Liked that dogs were allowed. Disliked that there was no enforcement of dog owner’s responsibility in cleaning up after their dogs. Hotel guests allowed loud music at night, upper level sounded like heard of elephants, need better sound barriers. Too close to freeway. Didn’t like that you had to “buy” additional items. What’s the point of an efficiency if cookware dishes and utensils are not included, same with wifi access. Even using cell service was spotty.
