Really nice and Quiet

The room was fine.

They don’t even welcome you with a bottle of water. The hotel was not full but they don’t want to help you with a different room. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty. The ac doesn’t cool properly and they have no fan only option. It was hot and stuffy. Even if you decrease the temperature, it won’t go below. Wish I could sleep with doors open. It was stuffy without a fan option.

Location was perfect. Close to family

This is our 4th year that my mom and I stayed at your hotel. Every year we have had to complain about noise level from rooms either above or beside ours and this year was no different. People are either moving furniture around above us, walking so hard that it feels the floor is about to cave in, Tvs up loud past 11 pm, talking at the top of their lungs after 11 pm (even during the middle of the night) acting like heienias in the hallway during the night. This is very unacceptable especially for the price we pay to stay there. Unfortunately, we will be considering another hotel next year since no one seems to take our complaints seriously. The question below asked about the property meeting my expectations, sorry to say but my answer is 'NO" because any hotel would make sure that all rules and guidelines are followed by all guests.

We wanted a walk in shower which they were not notified by expedia. Ended up with a bath tub but at least it had handicap bars to get in and out. We asked for a roll in shower due to us have issues
